On certain aspects of correlation and coordination of legislation in the field of land improvement and road activities

The author examines the issues of the admissibility of the application of the concept of «road» in cities and the existing restrictions on work within the boundaries of the right-of-way of motor roads, the problems of coordination of various types of work, the presence of double coordination of work, which complicates their implementation. Based on the analysis of the relevant norms of federal and regional legislation, he concludes that they are inconsistent and offers possible options for coordinating legislation in the field of improvement and road activities.
