The article is devoted to the study of the provisions on certain types of immovable things, which were supplemented by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The author gives a description of certain types of immovable things. Considering the short stories, the author notes that the need to consolidate the provisions on certain types of immovable things is long overdue.
