In work the problem of the accounting the influence of temperature deformations effect of large elastic elements of space laboratory at estimation of microaccelerations arising in its internal medium is analyzed. Various gravitational sensing processes, and also types of spacecrafts are considered. Practical recommendations about the accounting of influence are made.
