On the criminal responsibility of citizens called for reserve training, and military offences

The article deals with the procedure and specifics of passing reserve training for citizens, staying reserved, and called for reserve training. In particular, attention is paid to the peculiarities of criminal responsibility of citizens, called for reserve training, for commission of offences under Chapter 33 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Legal documents regulating legal relations between citizens and military forces during reserve training are considered in the article. In addition, an assessment of the current Russian legislation on the basis of the available literature of the legal orientation is proved, as well as possible changes in the wording of separate articles of the Criminal Code are proposed.
