On the dynamic (kinetic) neuropsychological factor level structure

Excitation and inhibition processes switching in nervous tissue, as well as shift between mental activity operations, is one of the pervasive neuropsychology problems. At the same time, there has been a level structure theory of the factor for about 15 years. However, in relation to the dynamic factor, no attempts to analyze neurological and psychological levels have been made so far. The article fills this gap.
