About the levels and forms of family violence

The article states that domestic violence can manifest itself at different levels and take different forms. It is noted that the levels under consideration are interconnected and influence each other. Research and understanding of factors at all levels helps develop comprehensive approaches to prevent family violence. Questions are raised about the existence of sociocultural and psychological aspects that influence the occurrence of domestic violence. It appears that the fight against domestic violence requires a multi-level approach that includes education, social support, improved legislation and institutional changes to create a safe environment and protect victims at all levels of society.
