Uniting the culture of international communication as a complex problem

This article describes the essence of the concept of interethnic communication, culture, the role of these concepts in world research and the broad interpretation of the concept of interethnic or intercultural communication in pedagogy, its valuable and technological level and the concept of preparation for interethnic dialogue.
