Object and subject of fraud upon receipt of payments

The article describes the object and subject of fraud in receiving payments. Due to the fact that responsibility for this crime has been established relatively recently, there are currently legislative gaps and conflicts regarding to the definition of the object and characteristics of the subject of this crime. The article provides recommendations for improving the wording of the legislation, in particular the article of the criminal code, establishing liability for fraud in receiving payments.
