Objective evidence of abuse of authority

The article deals with the objective signs of abuse of power. On the objective side, the abuse of official power is characterized by the mandatory presence of the following set: the use by an official of his official powers contrary to the interests of the service, the occurrence of socially dangerous consequences, the presence of a causal relationship between the socially dangerous consequences specified in the law and the use by an official of his official powers.
