Objects of copyright

Works of science, literature and art as subjects of copyright are described in the article. The notion of human creative activities causing a certain work in a particular sphere is revealed in it. Also, an inseparable link between the form and content of the work is grounded in the article. It is emphasized that the form of the work depends on the determining role of contents and it's the work contents that is protected by law as non-property right of the author
