The scope of liability of persons engaged in medical activities in Armenian law

This article deals with the issue of compensation for harm caused during organization and implementation of medical assistance in Armenian law. The study investigates the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia in the field of health care, as well as the history of the formation of the liability norms of persons engaged in medical activities in Armenian legal science. As a result of the research, the author suggests the amendments to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia in order to improve the protection of the patient’s rights.
