Ensuring the security of the identity of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the course of training sessions on fire training

In this paper, the importance of fire training of cadets in the context of the specifics of their professional activities was investigated. The objectives of fire training of the specified category of law enforcement officers have been determined. The components of the security of the cadet's personality are analyzed, including the key factors that ensure it, as well as the individual characteristics inherent in each person when working with firearms. The fundamental aspects of the formation of a culture of personal security are highlighted. The psychological characteristics that can negatively affect the safety of an employee during fire training are considered. The paper substantiates the need for an integrated approach to ensuring maximum effectiveness of physical protection, with an emphasis on the importance of a set of exercises aimed at developing strength, speed and endurance, as well as special exercises related to the study and work with firearms in self - defense and the formation of readiness for effective performance of official tasks.
