Personal safety provision through the reform of inheritance law

The article analyzes the reason why the existing order of inheritance creates a threat to the security of the individual. A reform of inheritance law is proposed, taking into account the experience of Eu-ropean countries, in order to eliminate the causes of threats to the security of the individual.
