Security of children, adolescents and youth in educational institutions is recognized as one of the most important areas of work of country's leadership and the education system. The urgency is due to numerous facts of dangerous accidents and high injury in these situations: fires in educational institutions, mass disease and poisoning of students, injury, offense, drug addiction, acts of the telephone, the criminal and political terrorism. The security of an educational organization is an urgent problem and requires further development and improvement.
