Strengthening the general criminal prevention of terrorist offences

The article deals with the specifics and types of accessibility of education, among which the author supports the emphasis on physical, economic and informational accessibility. The thesis of the inherent importance of prosecutorial oversight in protecting the rights of minors to education by ensuring the accessibility of the latter is consistently substantiated. The aim of the paper is to demonstrate the complexity of accessibility of education in the context of prosecutorial activity. The author draws conclusions about the controversial content of the physical accessibility of education and provides illustrative examples of judicial and prosecutorial practice.
