Ensuring accessibility of justice through the use of information technology in arbitration and administrative proceedings

In this article the author examines the effectiveness of integrating individual information technologies to ensure the accessibility of justice in arbitration and administrative proceedings. Despite some successes, in particular the creation and functioning of state automated reference systems and electronic services, the introduction of information technology also results in some gaps in legislation and other problems that require special attention.
