Ensuring information security of the personality: the role of international information security and strategic partnership

The article author considers the issue of information security of the personality in respect of the aspect of importance to the stability of international relations system. There is emphasized the role of development of international information security. The article analyzes the substantive conceptual documents, which have been adopted not only at the national level, but also at the level of international treaties and norms of international law. Careful consideration is paid to the issue of creating system of both national and international organizations, which are contributing to the implementation of effective mechanisms, ensuring information security. The article author analyzes signed to date cooperation agreements in the range of ensuring international security from a perspective of efficiency of forms and cooperation mechanisms, provided by them as well as the real mechanisms for reducing the challenges and threats in the information sphere.
