Enforcement of obligations in the treaties the shared construction

Objective: Studying possibilities of equity holders to protect their rights, with the participation in share participation construction Methodology: Authors used a formal-legal method and a method of studying of documents. Result: In article the maintenance of a number of measures of providing performance of obligations in contracts of participation in share construction, such as insurance of a civil liability of the builder, creation of society of a mutual insurance, maintaining the register of unfair builders and the deceived shareholders is analyzed. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific and practical value as allows to make representation about modern ways of providing performance of obligations in contracts of participation in share construction.
