Ensuring effective management of state-owned enterprises and joint-stock companies with state participation

The article examines the essence of state-owned enterprises, joint-stock companies with state participation, types and main characteristics of companies with state participation, highlights the key differences between state-owned enterprises and joint-stock companies with state participation. The levels of management of companies with state participation are considered: state (macro level) and corporate, as well as the existing problem of management of state-owned enterprises and joint-stock companies with state participation.
