Ensuring environmental safety of territories when designing transport and communication infrastructure of the hydroland territories of AZRF

The Arctic is a unique natural zone of the planet, which, in turn, has been exploited by humans for a long time. Russia also has fixed territories in the Arctic, which are imperatively fixed at the normative level and have a special status. The article deals with topical issues of compliance with environmental safety measures in the formation of the transport and logistics system of the relevant region, which one way or another is necessary given the fact that people live in the analyzed region and, as already mentioned, industrial activity is carried out.
