Ensuring economic growth of national economy and its regions using development institutions: Kazakhstan Republic experience

The relevance of the article is determined by the significant role of development institutions in the national economy of any country and the successful application of these institutions in the practice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has achieved sustainable positive results. The aim of the article is to identify the main elements of Kazakhstan's national model of development institutions. The article explores the conceptual approach of Kazakhstani specialists to the organization of the development institution system and identifies the success factors of their application in Kazakhstan. The comparison with Russia, which actively uses support institutions in its development, also highlights the importance of this aspect for the Russian economy. The theoretical part reveals the position of Kazakhstani scholars regarding the innovative development of the national economy and the essence of development institutions. The practical part analyzes the characteristics and effectiveness of Kazakhstan's support institutions. The conclusion highlights the key features of the conceptual national model: a unified state development institution, the significant role of public finance in attracting investments, and effectiveness measured by dividends from the activities of financial development institutions.
