Quality assurance of regulatory and urgent actions at the traffic accident site

The research focuses on the Traffic Patrol Service activities in the field of road safety. The study presents the statistical data on road traffic accidents in the Russian Federation for 2015-2018 in detail. The author discusses the topical issues related to the quality assurance and promptness of regulatory and urgent actions at the road traffic accident site. The emphasis is placed on the initial urgent actions of Traffic Patrol Service officers at car accident sites upon their arrival. The research considers a course of action for people involved in a road traffic accident when fulfilling a form of European Accident Statement. The recommendations on the registration of car accidents are proposed to traffic police officers since there is little relevant literature on this issue.
