This article discusses the theoretical foundations of attracting customers, as well as specific possible actions for this. Arguments are given in favor of the fact that without this, the normal functioning of companies that are focused on interacting with people is impossible, and the importance of this process for the successful development of the organization and its expansion, including by entering new markets, is emphasized.
