His article examines current issues related to improving the management activities of civil society through existing legal mechanisms, which should serve as a unifying factor for Russian society and the state in their interaction aimed at ensuring national security in that sphere of societal and state activity that requires unconventional and evolutionary approaches to remain stable and controlled in the complex conditions of the modern world. According to the author, the key aspect among these approaches is the actualization of improving the management activities of civil society. For this reason, the author reminds readers of the constitutional rights in place, the careful reading of which reveals an unprecedented potential for citizen involvement in governance processes, capable of having a significant and positive impact on national security.
