The article discusses the problems related to the economy that arose in the post-Tandem period in Russia and other countries. The decline of the economy over the past 2 years is shown. The issues of reducing the quality of goods related to the population's developing purchases through Internet resources are considered. The article shows the results of the examination of black tea on organoleptic, physico-chemical and microbiological indicators. Since tea is one of the most consumed products, the article reveals its beneficial properties. The results show that the quality of the product is falling, the methods of falsification are increasing.
