Ensuring the rights of the individual in the exercise of monitoring and recording of negotiations in Russian criminal proceedings

The article presents an analysis of the theory and practice of ensuring individual rights in monitoring and recording negotiations in Russian criminal proceedings. Discrepancies in the essence of the law and their interpretation in the definitions of the Supreme and constitutional courts and special opinions of judges are revealed. The proposed solution of legislative problems in ensuring the rights of the individual in monitoring and recording negotiations in Russian criminal proceedings is determined by improving the legal literacy of the population, using established precedents, scientific achievements and technological progress.
