Enforcement of the rights of participants of a criminal process at the termination of the preliminary investigation and referral of a case to court

The article introduces detailed mechanisms for enforcement of the rights of participants of a criminal process. The mechanism of protection of individual rights of criminal procedure is a set of procedural-legal elements, means and methods, in certain sequence which are providing functioning of the entire criminal procedure in accordance with its designation. The article emphasizes that the legal mechanism of protection of individual rights through criminal procedure should not only to meet the designation of criminal procedure, but also to consider occurrence of the general as well as its particular properties, and to enforce all levels of legal and social relations, by which it is carried out.
