The author conducts a study of the implementation of the principle of personal inviolability during the conduct of extra-traditional events. The principle of personal inviolability in criminal proceedings means that no one can be detained on suspicion of committing a crime or imprisoned in the absence of legal grounds. However, in practice, there are problems associated with the detention of persons of foreign States who are on the international wanted list for the purpose of extradition. There is a problem of determining the legal status of detained foreign persons, in connection with which there are problems of the principle of personal inviolability, ways to solve them are proposed.
