Ensuring food security of the Russian Federation in the context of a pandemic

The purpose of the article is to study the problem of ensuring food security of the country in the conditions of the spread of coronavirus infection. The subject of the study is the activity of agro-industrial enterprises in the context of a pandemic. Based on the methods of synthesis and analysis, the measures taken by the state to ensure the country's food security are highlighted. The results of the study showed that the state should intervene in the activities of the agro-industrial complex in the context of the spread of the pandemic, since there is a risk of famine and food shortages.
