Organization of fire safety in Stalingrad in the period of the Great Patriotic War: The act of State Defense Committee No. 300 and its significance for local defense

The article deals with the analysis of measures of organizing the fire safety in Stalingrad. There is considered the complex of activities, implemented according to the Act of State Defense Committee No. 300. There are emphasized the organizational, infrastructure and technical solutions, directed to the minimization of risks of fire break-out and propagation in the conditions of aviation attacks of enemies.
