Ensuring the efficiency of motor-and-tractor equipment by adjusting the consumption of spare parts for technical service

The article deals with the issue of adjusting the norms of spare parts in the repair of automotive equipment. It is noted that the dynamics of the parameters of parts varies widely due to the instability of internal disturbing factors and the probabilistic nature of the influence of external operating conditions of machines.There is a probabilistic nature of the relationship between the limiting deviation of the parameter of the machine element and its failure. In solving the problems of improving the reliability of automotive equipment in the next overhaul period, there is a problem of appointment in the repair of permissible deviations and parameter values of their components (elements).There are no recommendations for determining the tolerances depending on the operating conditions of the machines and their components. This implies the need to deepen the analysis, development and addition of techniques in order to clarify the allowable and limit parameters of machine elements.
