The article presents the results of the safety analysis of residents and tourists in the rural settlement of Krasnoyarsk. Because water wells diluting water is fed into the network without water treatment, and it does not meet the requirements of SanPiN 2.1.4.1074-01. Water system option retehnologizatsii, by improving water quality through water treatment technologies are considered. Made in the assessment of water quality of the two types of potential sources of water - surface (Irtysh). And below ground, as well as options for water treatment technology of these water sources. Analysis of hydrogeological conditions showed that for the water supply in different parts of the territory, underground waters of Quaternary Neogene, Upper Oligocene and Upper Cretaceous sediments can be used. To clean the water district Irtysh offered 3 different reagent flow charts. It also analyzes the possibility of including in the classical scheme of reagent components that improve the barrier role of constructions in relation to specific natural and man-made pollution. The quality of water in the underground water source has a deviation from the requirements of SanPiN on indicators such as high salinity and iron. He suggested two options for desalination systems and water treatment, drinking water with the specified parameters. The feasibility study estimates the costs associated with the cost of the water intake p reagents. Irtysh and economic comparison of the characteristics of the options are prefabricated units. The proposed activities on water treatment in water supply facilities in rural settlements of Krasnoyarsk will enable citizens to drinking water of appropriate quality to meet their vital needs and health.
