Ensuring the sustainability of local self-government through the instruments of investment policy

The paper deals with the investment policy of municipalities as the basis for the sustainability of local government. It proposed to include the issues of formation of the investment policy and investment to the powers of municipalities to use the mechanism of public-private partnerships to attract investment in the municipalities.
