Ensuring compensation for damage as the main challenge in the investigation of crimes related to the activities of financial pyramids

The consequences of crimes related to the activities of financial pyramids, in terms of causing damage to victims are analyzed in the article. The measures that investigators are to take in order to compensate for the damage, as well as challenges encountered in investigating criminal cases of this category, are considered. The author proposes to use the principle of compromise as one of the main ways of damage compensation.
