High level of specialists' Professional qualification concerning education integration reforms

The 90-s were the crucial time for the system of higher education in Russia. Reforms in politics, economy and social life needed the education system reconstruction at every level: ideological, content and methodological. It was also the time of the Bologna Declaration signing which ensured the creation of common education space for all the countries joined the European Union. All these explain the current necessity to develop and integrate new programs for specialists with different levels of English.
