In our study, in most patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus, hypovitaminosis D and В 12 was detected. Of course, in order to be able to draw more reasonable conclusions about the prevalence of hypovitaminosis D among adolescent patients with tuberculosis, more studies are needed to determine the effectiveness of vitamin D to treat this diseases. Vitamin therapy in order to restore the necessary reserves.Hypovitaminosis is found in all patients with active tuberculosis and is aggravated when taking anti-TB drugs.
