Abundance of high-rise multi-apartment buildings as a factor worsing the quality of life in large cities

In many Russian megacities in recent years, the problem of so-called “human buildings” in the form of a concentration of high-rise apartment buildings (MCDs) has become increasingly acute. This problem, due to the expansion of the volume of construction work, is becoming more and more aggravated every year. MKDs are often built in violation of current building codes and regulations; residential areas lack the necessary infrastructure (primarily kindergartens, schools, clinics, parking lots), which creates conditions for uncomfortable living in MKDs.
