Mandatory labeling of goods with identification means as a tool of administrative and legal impact on economic relations

In the Russian Federation, the mandatory labeling of certain groups of goods with identification means is gradually being introduced. The author of the article considers it not only as a means of control over manufacturers, importers, the domestic market and the fight against counterfeit products, but also as an instrument of administrative and legal impact on economic relations in general. The article analyzes the formation of a system for marking goods by means of identification and traceability of the movement of goods in our state, examines certain positive and negative aspects of this process, and also identifies the problem of the limits of the possible spread of this administrative and legal instrument for controlling the movement of goods and, as a result, for subjects that possess them.
