Deprived as a way of purification at fraud

The article deals with the concept and signs of deception as a method of fraud, compares this method with an alternative - abuse of trust. The author comes to the conclusion that deception is the only way to commit fraud is deception, and therefore it is proposed to change the disposition of Article 159 of the Criminal Code. At the same time, the abuse of trust is only one of the essential characteristics of deception, and not the way of committing the crime in question.
