The study of the attributes of management subprocesses in economic systems makes it possible to identify weak links for their subsequent elimination. A comparison of the normative and actual state of the attributes of the service quality management subprocess revealed problems in its implementation in the organization. To eliminate the problems, innovative proposals have been developed to improve the functioning of certain attributes of its functioning, which relate mainly to updating the resource provision of activities to improve the quality of health and cosmetology services to consumers.
