Generalization of pedagogical experience of development of basic military training theory and practice

In the paper the pedagogical experience of the development of basic military training theory and practice is generalized. It is shown that the problem of the basic military training system development along with military educational institutions of residential type was successfully solved by the social institutions opened for society.
