The experience of an introduction of an automated control systems at the large machine-building enterprises shows that the most difficult section of a control system there is a planning and a production management. In the article the question of creation of a formal model of a planning and management of a production with application of the integrated criterion of the efficiency - turnover is considered. The complexity of a creation of the such models consists in need of the formalized accounting of relationships of the cause and effect of a significant amount of the dynamic conditions of incomplete production and ensuring internal stability of process at action of the various indignations.
