Defense-industrial complex and the potential of its influence on the innovative economy development

The modern economy is going through a period of systemic transformation associated with the transition to a new technological order. This objectively requires the acceleration of innovative development. The measures of state regulation being undertaken in Russia in this area are not sufficiently effective. The article proposes to use the potential of enterprises of the military-industrial complex to stimulate innovative development of the economy.
