"Turnover" of the capital construction object

The article compares the concepts of «real estate object» and «capital construction object», «capital construction object» and «non-capital structure». The author comes to the conclusion that only an object with signs of capitalism can become an object of real estate and only after registration of rights to such an object can it be an object of circulation and civil rights, and also that the principle of the unity of land and real estate is applicable only to buildings, structures, rights that are registered for the owner of the land plot. The article notes that if the building, the right to which cannot be registered, is not indicated in the contracts of sale or donation of a land plot, then this does not indicate the ity of the transaction.
