Turnover of lands of non-delimited state property in the Novosibirsk region

The article discusses approaches to the creation of a unified system for making managerial decisions in the field of land and urban planning relations. The author describes the mechanism of redistribution of powers on the example of a specific subject of the Russian Federation. Reveals the problems arising in the implementation of the proposed mechanism. It proposes a set of measures to improve land legislation and create a unified information interdepartmental database on real estate objects.
