Reasoning of the advisability to apply the project and process approach to analysis of the innovation processes in the construction

The article carries out a theoretic substantiation of the author’s original approach to definition of the innovation process structure in the construction industry on the basis of the methodology of the project and process theory, with taking into account the essential features of the innovation and the system presentation of the innovation process in the construction industry.
