Rationale implementation of an automated production control system

Automated production control system existed long ago. With the development of integration processes they have become an integral part of management. Different variations, namely "information and communication technologies", "computer informational technologies" began to appear. This study presents the rationale for the introduction and development of information technologies on the example of engineering enterprises.
