The analysis of the frequency, structure and circumstances of the unstable pelvic fractures in 148 victims, as well as evaluated the results of treatment 65 patients using conventional techniques and 83 with multiphase surgical tactic. Application during the first stage of surgical treatment of devices of external fixation and active surgical tactic leads to level decrease mortality from complication of damage in 2,6 times. The importance of ways of extraperitonal pelvic packing is defined at treatment of the hemodynamically unstable patients with pelvic fractures. The scale of calculation of probability of the forecast death rate of multiple trauma of a pelvis allows to be defined in short terms with medical algorithm at victims with haemodynamic instability. At value of an index of 15 points and more the probability of a lethal outcome exceeds 70% (p
