Rationale for the use of the mechanisms of state economic regulation for sustainable development of the industry of regions

The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the features of the state regulation of industrial activities on the basis of analysis of the various tools and features of the policy. The aim of this publication is the rationale for the use of the mechanisms of state economic regulation of industrial enterprises for sustainable development of the regions industry. On the basis of economic relations in the process offunctioning of the economy it has been analyzed the dynamics of socio-economic development of regions. The article deals with the forms and methods of state regulation of sustainable economic development, peculiarities of state regulation of social and economic processes in Russia, and also studied the dynamics of socio-economic development of industrial complexes of individual regions, in particular the Central Federal District, on the basis of the stability of the coefficients and Spearman's coefficient. The study presents the main recommendations for state support and encourage the industry to ensure its sustainable development, including the maintenance of a balance in the use of instruments of economic incentives and regulatory policies to ensure sustainable development of the industry.
