Justification of methodology of construction of methodical learning environment

In the process of personality formation, the main role is played by the training system for a specific purpose, and it is organized on the basis that its final result depends on many factors. More precisely, an entire system consisting of such factors that meet the requirements of a favorable learning environment. A “favorable environment” is considered to be one that exerts a positive effect in the course of training, is determined by a focused system of correctly adopted decisions on fulfilling the tasks of public and educational institutions. Therefore, the totality of all methodological complexes adopted by educational institutions is called the “learning ecosystem”. Until today, it is widely accepted by many that the learning environment is material means: buildings, the Internet, equipment, etc., this interpretation is one-sided template and unproductive. Moving to a higher level of understanding of the ecosystem is likely to improve the quality and end result of education
